Matching the right attendance system to the needs of a smaller company

The project

As a serviced-office provider with only about five staff on the premises, Greenwich-based Anywhere Offices was looking for a simple, reliable and cost-effective time and attendance management system. Because the managing director is often on the move, it was also important that she could access the timesheets from outside the office.

The result

The company settled on our smartphone attendance app and printable QR codes, which can be easily produced in-house, along with hosting through our managed cloud service. They found the system simple to set up and use – and particularly appreciated easyLog’s efforts to understand what they wanted to get out of the attendance system and make sure that this was achieved.
